Redeemed points on NOVEMBER 8 for $5 gift certificate for Wendy's - had emailed them numerous times with various responses of "We're working on it." Finally gave up about 6 weeks ago but opened the mail Saturday and there it was! Only took 6 months to fill!
I redeemed more points on 3/12 - wonder how long it will be before I get that gift certificate for Olive Garden - at least I'm hopeful I'll actually get it now - not so sure about the redemption for Etour - looks like the golden age of rewards boards is really over.
