Memolink Payout??

Has anyone had problems getting a webcert from Memolink? (Besides the ones ordered last year).
I ordered one Jan 18, 2002. I checked my account status and said it was delivered on 2/26/02. I thought
I had deleted it because I never remembered getting it. I sent Memolink an e-mail and they wrote back
that it was taking sometime to get them. Well, its been about 16 days and now Im getting a little frustrated.
I have been doing this program for 2 years now and I have seen nothing in return. Im still waiting for a
webcert back from July, 2001 that I supposedly wont get until November. Has anyone else had any problems
getting their webcerts from them? Im seriously considering not doing this program anymore. Just wanted to
vent. Thanks.

I have received gc's from them...though they were all really late. I just ordered a WC for the first time last week. UGH! I was hoping to get it quick, but I guess I won't hold my breath!
One good thing about Memolink is they do always come through.

My last webcertificates from Memolink were ordered on 01/27

They were shipped from Memolink on 02/28

I received them from Webcertificate on 03/05

Hope this helps.

You can try calling webcertificate and give them your e-mail and see if there are any unredeemed webcertificates. They will give you the redemption code over the phone.

I e-mailed webcert and they never received anything from memolink. Then when I read your post, Carol,
on how you requested your webcert a week after mine and had already received the madder I got. When
I wrote memolink on 3/6 they sent me an e-mail with being so overwhelmed with trying to fill prize orders.
Oh well, I wrote them another e-mail and asked if they could give me a "timeframe" of when they might
get to it. Hope its before my August trip. Thanks.
