Memo to Car Rental Companies: Time to bring the rates down!

Last year I payed about $14 a day for an SUV through Alamo. Every spring this is the same situation. The rates come down a little bit at a time. Typically we pay about $15 a day for a full size.


This year things seem to be going a little bit slower.

I've been watching since october for Easter week, and the lowest I found was through my airline with Hertz and Dollar. I am paying $22 a day.

I jut got an e-mail yesterday from National and they said they would take $20 off my total price, which was still $90 a day for a car rental. (I dont think so).
