Membersite sign in issues

Can't get into DVC site. Says no record of the username and password I've been using for 13 years. I called MS and they said its a technical difficulty due to Disney integrating one username and password into all affiliated sites with the new my Disney experience. Not good timing since I'm here and can't access any of my reservations! I'm batting 1000 today!! Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. There's a thread or two in the Member Services forum. I'm very frustrated. I have talked to a few people, and the latest I was told is that it had something to do with a reservation I made last week. I was told if you booked on line in a certain time frame, you can't be helped until it is all straightened out. Some have no problems!

Mine is fixed! I posted what I did, and what they did over the phone to restore my access. Here is the thread for info. Hope it works for others
