Looking for a little help please!!!

We closed resale on 9/20. I called today to see if I was in the system and to see if I could get my membership number (not sure if that is exactly what it is called), but was told I had to get that from the resale company. Thought this was weird, since the resale company said I should call MS. Any thoughts on this? Any idea how long before I would get info in the mail from Disney that might contain this info?

Call MS and give them your name and SSN. It takes several days to get your account set up and your contract(s) loaded into your account.

You need to talk to Member Administration (same phone number, different selection from the phone menu than Member Services). They are the ones who set up your account. Have your sales paperwork handy because they will probably ask you for information found in your paperwork to identify your contract.
 
I had the same thing happen since we are from Canada and didn't have a SSN to provide to MS. I sent an e-mail to the resale company and they got the number to me within a few hours.
 

Found out today they have not received the check to pay off the resale from the old owner. Sounds like I called a little to early. Will wait another week and see. I am just so excited, it is hard to wait! Now at least I know how to get the info ;)
