Member Site Problem

Hi just wondering if anyone else is having trouble signing on to the member site. I keep getting an error on the bottom of the page. I've called disney and comcast and they both say it is the others problem. I've tried everything i know like deleting cookies and tifs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry I don't have any suggestions but I had no problem signing in this morning. Could it be a pop up blocker or something similar? I hope you have better luck when you try again.

Thanks for the suggestion, but i've already disabled the pop up blocker and ive even tried disabling my firewall. Still no luck. Also, this has been going on for about 2 months and i used to be able to sign in with no problems.

Just remember this, it's always Comcast's problem. It's always Comcast's problem. Repeat four times and click your heels together.

I signed in this afternoon and paid my fees with no problems. Have you had problems in the past?

I have problems most of the time with IE but Firefox gets me in every time.

Could you describe exactly what kind of error you are getting?

Try deleting any go.com cookies. Or perhaps logging onto the WDW website and then logging off.

When i enter my sign on id and password, it looks like the page is loading. I even get the yellow background, but there is and erro symbol in the bottom left corner. When i click that it says "problems with this page may keep it from loading or performing properly". I've tried deleting all cookies and history, and allowing popups. This just started happening within the last month or so and I've been back and forth with Disney and Comcast to no avail. What is "firefox, and how do i get it?

Firefox is another free browser. I don't know much about it, but I use it whenever Internet Explorer is not functioning the way it should.

Thats what mine has been doing for some time on and off using IE The key is on the Log in page the Flash never starts at the top with the resorts and stuff.

Download Firefox from the Link above and you will have no problems you can even import your IE favorites right to it.

I installed firefox today and guess what, I'm able to get in again. What is up with internet explorer? Anyone have this problem with other sites and if so, do you know why? Well, i'm happy I can get back into the member site. Thanks everyone, I knew someone here would have the answer.

There is something in the Flash ( Top banner picture) that does not load in IE7 and that Errors out the page . I think mine started after a Windows Update and it comes and goes at will.

I have 3 browsers running all the Time anyhow so it's no big deal to get it on Firefox so I haven't looked into what the problem is.

I run my major stuff with IE
Run all my E-mail ( 7 acounts) through MSN Premium
Run Ding and other downloads and searches through Firefox.


I then have several windows opened on IE and FF . Right now 5 Forums,E-bay and My MSN on IE

SWA , Ding from today and a Paintball sight on FF


Glad you got back in there is just smething with some of Disneys sights that are the problem for me.
