Getting this error message:

"We're sorry. Our systems are unavailable at this time as we are performing maintenance. Please try again later."


It doesn't say for how long, was this announced? I just got back from traveling and am leaving early in the morning, and one of the 50 things on my list to do during my one day home is to add a night to our fall trip....and wouldn't you know that my phone is in my wife's car so I can't call!
 

It's working for me just fine right now.
 
Hmmmmmm. There are a bunch of us who are getting password errors. It started last night and continued this morning. Can't get on. Going to have to call MS now.
 
Glad to know it is not just me. I thought I was really losing it when it says the username and password don't match. They worked last week and now this am don't.
 
I am getting the password error with one of my accounts, but not the other!:sad2:

I'm on hold with MS now to try and get it fixed. I keep getting a website that pops up to link my Disney account with my DVC account, but I don't know the club ID or activation code. Very strange. Haven't had those since I first bought the contract.
 
I'm having the same problem as well, but on top of the DVC site, I cant seem to log in the Disney site or Disney Cruise site as well. It says login/password error. So I tried recovering the password thinking I might have typed in the wrong one and its the same password they sent me. I call MS, and they told me that they are having problems with the website and they can't do anything about the account, except for me to wait for a couple hours. The thing is I tried another account that is not linked to my DVC account and it works on the other Disney sites. But my DVC account is not working on any Disney website

Yep, I'm told the same thing. On the phone now. They are resolving the issues for some, and others just have to wait. She said it started around 5:30 PM yesterday. It will just take some time to resolve.
 
Thanks for the updates. I tried to log in with another password, my CC log in, and that didn't work for DVC.
 
Sucks having to wait on hold for a long time on the phone just to find out your preffered dates are not available! Please fix it soon!!!
 
Thanks so much for this thread guys, was a bit concerned this morning when login was not working. Good to hear its not just me.
 
Are you guys able to log into the DisneyWorld website? I can't log into the Disneyworldsite, and Disney cruise site. But yet if I use another email that isn't my dvc email it works.

I don't have another, convenient mail account.

I called Disney cruise, got my password changed, and still can't get into The cruise site. I'm off to do other things now. I'm too frustrated to stay with this. I did on line check in for my transatlantic cruise just yesterday. It all worked then.
