Does anyone else have issues on the member web site using their ipad?
I just booked a room and it was agonizing. Started getting double screens where text overlapped the reservation info...took me awhile to check the terms and condition box.
Other issues having to touch things multiple times to get them to work, screen freezing sometimes.

NO problems with iPad 3 retina nor with iPad mini retina.

Tried this morning on an iPad 3. Could only get the main page. None of the drop down menus worked.

We have had an iPad 2 for a couple years and now also an iPad Air. We have had problems during the entire time. The site seldom works correctly when using Safari. Usually works OK with Chrome but even then if you time out for a while and try to get back on, you cannot do so without clearing history, restarting computer, or both. It is not just iPad because we have similar issues with Safari on the iMac.

About a year ago, I contacted member administration and laid out the problems. The answer I got back was surprising in its honesty: when they set up the new site they did not spend time and money to assure it worked correctly with any Apple systems and they did not know when or if any problems would be fixed. In other words, despite his having been on the board, they were spitting on the grave of Steve Jobs.

I have problems with various sites and my iPad 2. Not sure about DVC. But on other sites, sometimes I can't check check box type things, I keep pressing and it just doesn't work. Or pop ups on sites can't be closed.

Thanks all for your replies. I may download google chrome and see how that works with the member site.

That is crazy. I have no problems using Safari for Member site nor for MDE on my Mac laptop, iPhone or iPads. I wonder what the difference can be between our experiences?

I had iPad2 and now Air, it will work one time and if you log out or timed out you have to clear the history and cookie to get back in. I talked to MS about 6 month before and they are aware of the problem and said they are working on it, after 6 month no result yet.

I'm still using an original iPad and have yet to have problems with the member site. Granted now that I'm saying it I'm sure I'll have problems :rotfl:.

Site is working 'ok' for me on iPad2 with iOS 7.1 and Safari browser. I visited my dashboard, reviewed existing reservations and ran a couple searches for new travel dates. Some of the page formatting a little wonky but not unworkable.

Edited to add: The more I hammered on the site through the iPad2 the more 'quirks' appeared. I'd find that some links weren't clickable making navigation difficult. It seems that returning back to the home or dashboard pages would "reset" things allowing clear navigation for a period.

I have been experiencing the same thing on My iPad2 ever since the last OS update. I use the links at the very bottom of the page to navigate.
