member services - open saturdays?

Is member services open on Saturday? Since Monday is Labor Day I guess if they aren't open tomorrow I'll have to wait until Tuesday to call.

Yes, 7 days a week so Sunday too!

I just called today and they didn't mention being closed for Labor day but maybe they are. They are closing early on the 9th though for some reason.

Member Services will close early on a specific day in order to allow all cast members to attend a DVC meeting. Most likely that is happening on the 9th.
