Member Services Hours?

I was wondering if anyone knows if Member Services is open on New Year's Eve? The first day of our seven month booking window falls on New Year's Eve and I don't want to miss an opportunity to book our first choice resort. I looked all over the member website and I just couldn't find the info. Thanks for the help.

Yes, they will be open on Dec 31. Closed Jan 1.
