Member Services E-Mail Not Working?

I've been trying to e-mail member services using the e-mail address in the Guide (members@disneyvacationclub.com) for a week now. The message is returned after a few days with the following info:

"Your message was not delivered because the destination computer was not reachable within the allowed queue period. The amount of time a message is queued before it is returned depends on local configuration parameters.

Most likely there is a network problem that prevented delivery, but it is also possible that the computer is turned off, or does not
have a mail system running right now.

Your message was not delivered within 4 days.
Host disneyvacationclub.com is not responding."

Anybody else having this problem? Anybody ever seen this before? I just want to confirm a reservation, and I hate to spend the time holding on the phone.
 
I used the link on the member web site and it worked fine.:smooth:
 
I emailed MS on Monday to bank our remaining points and got an email back from them today. I used the address you listed.
 
I sent an email to member services from the website. I received a response within less than a day! Email address is the same you list in your message.
