member id packet, what does it look like

I called tuesday & ms said i wasnt in the system yet, but he gave me the # for quality assurance & the gal found us in the system & said we were processed the 19th & should maybe have our packet by the end of the week. So is this a big envelope, regular size? Whats it look like? Just curious...id sure love to get it any day now to book our 1st trip

My welcome packet was in one of those thick accordion folders. Maybe 3 inches thick and it was sent in a small FedEx box. A month or so after I closed I received a copy of my deed in regular envelope about the size of a regular bill. I bought direct if that makes a difference.

I bought direct and mine was the same. With each of my direct add-ons I received another accordion binder.
