Member benefits: WDW Soarin' tour - when will it become available?

Does anybody know when the Epcot behind-the-scenes tour "Soarin'" will become available again?

The website has not removed any of the discounts based on what I have searched for, even with things not running.

I have a feeling many of these tours won’t come back.

The web site is practically not maintained at this point.

I also think it is gone. Maybe new perk in a few years.

The Blu card, perks and related resale restrictions were an idea by Ken Potrok. They've been continued by other executives, but it seems to me it's losing some steam. I hope to be wrong, but it's very much possible perks will become fewer and most never come back. Resale restrictions on point usage will be what really make a difference between direct and resale.
I don't think the Soarin' tour will come back. And I'm not holding my breath for Moonlight Magic either.
