And you don't need one. We've been members since 1998 and have always just called the 800 number when we needed something from Member Services that I couldn't get done online or via email.
If you are talking about a sales guide, you don't need one of those, either. Their job is just to sell points. If you want to buy some direct points, you just call the sales telephone number and they will be happy to take it from there.
