My resale I just purchased had 110 banked points from 2020. Disney has emailed about a month ago that they’ve received it, but still haven’t loaded the points. I emailed Member Administration two weeks ago and still nothing.
Now, when I try calling Member Administration, it’s as if they but me in a loop for about two minutes, and then drop the call.
Is there anything I can do to expedite the process?
