Member administration never picks up

My resale I just purchased had 110 banked points from 2020. Disney has emailed about a month ago that they’ve received it, but still haven’t loaded the points. I emailed Member Administration two weeks ago and still nothing.

Now, when I try calling Member Administration, it’s as if they but me in a loop for about two minutes, and then drop the call.
Is there anything I can do to expedite the process?

I thought Member Administration will not take calls, only Member Services. I heard the process is MA will load the membership on the website, but MS will load the points. If MA hasn't loaded the membership, I think the only choice is to call MS, explain your dilemma, and then MS will call MA. But I don't think you can call MA yourself. That's what I heard anyway, could be wrong.
