I just got home from Vegas and it's time to reign in my eating. I'm at my heaviest since I originally lost around 51 pounds back in 2003 or so. I got down to 131 that year, but I've slowly gained it back and this morning I weighed in at 176.2.

I turn 40 in July and I'm hoping I can be back down to at least the 140's by then. I have to do this for me. I can't believe I've let myself get out of control again.

Meals for today:

B: 40g plain organic oatmeal
60g organic blueberries

lunch yesterday was good:

2 whole organic eggs, 2 organic egg whites, 1 tsp olive oil, scrambled. 1 organic ezekiel 4:9 whole grain pita.

Dinner was not good - we went to Red Robins and I had a Bleu Burger and fries with campfire sauce.

Then because I blew dinner DD16 and I went to starbucks and I had a grande gingersnap latte and somekind of really good bar that I'm sure was a gazillion calories.

Ok- had to own it and I'm moving on.
 

Today I've been sick. I ended up staying up too late, guess I'm still on the pacific time zone. Ended up getting a horrible pain up my neck and head along with a headache.

I've basically been laying in bed all day. Didn't really sleep much last night. DD16 was up sick starting around 5am -she has a stomach virus. The house has this sad sick feel to it :(

But I've had a good day with food. I'm ony at 783 calories, so I have to find some more things to eat.

I woke up at 12:30pm today, so I missed breakfast.

L:
1 can atlantic salmon, 40g onion, 1 tsp organic olive oil, 1 Ezekiel 4:9 whole grain pita

S: 30g raw organic cashews

D: 3 organic corn tortillas, 130g black beans, 100g homemade salsa
