Hello all! My name is Megan, and this is where I will be chronicling my weight loss journey! This is purely for my own use, but I do welcome comments and questions, as this is something we are all working on. Here's to better health ahead!

What I Know DOESN'T WORK:
- I hate using things like MyFitnessPal, which I know some people love, but I find myself using it for a week then completely forgetting about it. I also find myself not including certain items I eat or overestimating my workout to make things look better. I also start to feel ashamed of this, which leads to not using the app.
- Running. I hate running. I have said for years now, however, that Disney would be the only thing that could make me run, so maybe there's potential in here...
