Meeting up with people staying at other resorts?

My mom, kids and I are staying at the Contemporary (SoG). My brother is staying either off site (Days Inn, I think) or at All Star Sports if he wants to take over our reservation. (It was our backup in case we didn't get into CR from the waiting list. I haven't cancelled it yet.)

In any case, what would be the best way for him to meet up with us for our day at MK? It will be a Thursday, which (YAHOOOOOO!!) will be an EE day.

Can he *drive* to CR, tell them he's meeting us, park there and take the monorail with us? Can he do this either if he stays at ASSp or if he stays offsite?

Take the *bus* from ASSp to CR to meet us (along with those coming for Chef Mickey's bfast?)

Take the bus straight to MK, and meet up with us via cell phone?

Drive to TTC, and monorail from there to CR? (How early does the parking lot open? And how early does the TTC monorail run?)

Drive to TTC, and meet up with us at MK via cell phone?

Any other suggestions?

I got married at Disney in June, and had to coordinate with 15 other people for our entire vacation.

One piece of advice is ALWAYS keep that cell phone as a back up option no matter what you do. We all stayed on property, but no one in my family ever had a problem at the front gate of any hotel (AKL, GF, Beach Club, ASMo and Poly). We just said something like "My Dad is staying here" and they let us in with no problems.

Non-CR guests can't park in the CR parking lot for the day.

I think the fastest way would be to take the bus from AS to MK and meet up via cell phone.
