Does anyone know where the new Disney Movie "Meet the Robinsons" is playing in 3D in Ontario. I have been looking all over the internet and can't seem to find any information.

Thanks

According to Saturday Star:

Mississauga-Cineplex Silvercity
Scarborough-Cineplex Coliseum
AMC-Whitby
Woodbridge-Cineplex Colossus

Saw it yesterday in 3D at Scarborough.

The story will be a bit confusing for most younger kids. Found the storyline to be weak. Kind of a Disney version of "Robots" meets "Back to the Future".

But the 3D animation made it worthwhile to see this movie. (Much better than the 3D effort on the 3D version of Chicken Little. Interestingly, the trailers were in 3D too -- new Tim Burton movie. Also, before the main feature, they showed a 3D version of an old (1953) Chip 'n Dale / Donald Duck short feature which hasn't been shown in 3D since its original release.

We saw it last night in the Miss. Totally agree the story was all over the place. Really weak. I thought it was a Back to the Future rip off. But the 3D was cool.

Just got back from seeing it.

Really it was worth seeing, although I have to agree the story line was just a little to convoluted. Too many writers, me-thinks. My DS 9 was able to follow the plot well enough though, and rather enjoyed the movies.

Not quite a Back to the Future rip off, but more than a few nods to that movie.

Sooooo, How's everyone else here in North Montana? :scared1:

I read a review online and there were apparently 7 writers credited who know how many others threw their 2 cents in. Dh's comment was "How bad was it before John Lasseter stepped in?"

Saw it last night (non-3D) with DS 5. Both agreed it was weak. Would not spend the $$ to see it in the theatre. Also, DS 5 had trouble following the time-travelling/juxtapos idea. Unfortunately, just not a good movie. :sad2:

I thought it was amazing!! Never got to see it in 3D but I loved the plot and the characters. I thought it had the best disney villian. I loved it! Thought it was funny too ;)

I watched it at Scarborough over the weekend. I thought the story was cute but it was slow and dragged on in parts. North Montana :rotfl: I thought it would have been nice if there had been more of the 3D stuff coming towards the audience ... but I guess they would have had to have a separate version of the 3D movie.

Just had to add that I ruined a good pair of jeans and t-shirt 'cause the dumb bag of popcorn got soaked through with grease from the 'butter'. Am I a big loser to not know this would happen?? Does this happen all the time?? I am sure I have had popcorn before and not ended up looking like I peed my pants when I stood up?? I feel like a real ding-dong not to mention now I only have one pair of jeans! :confused3 :sad2:

We just returned from the regular version and I liked how someone on the community board summed it up "It was Jimmy Neutron on Crack":lmao: Popcorn was good though popcorn::
