Meet Flynn Rider?

Sorry if this is in the wrong area.. I am new here and there are so many sub-forums!

So my 2.5 yo daughter is obsessed with Flynn Rider. We were down at WDW during the Xmas party when she was much younger and Flynn Rider was there but it doesn't look like he is a regular character? We will be going down Feb 20th-24th. Do we have any shot at meeting him? I am thinking he won't be there unless we get super lucky but I wanted to check just in case TIA!

He is only with rapunzel during the Halloween and Christmas parties.

As pp said, he is only out for Xmas & Halloween parties!

Always keep an eye out in Epcot though, as they do character training there, and they've been casting for Flynn recently, you never know, he might pop up, but it's a slim chance, and completely random!
