Has anyone gone to this? How would you rate it? DH mentioned it as something "different" to do on this trip. I'm not real sure about it...:confused3

We went a few times when I was younger and we loved it. The food is nothing fancy shmancy but its good

I just went last month.I hadn't been here in years. The show was very good and the food was also very good.

My sister and her family have been a few times and LOVED it. They loved the show and the food. My nephew still calls garlic bread "dragon bread!"

I was just there recently and did a full report: http://bit.ly/BlfpS

If you really want to do something different, I actually liked the Comedy Magic Show on I-Drive better: http://bit.ly/BmRyF

Medieval Times is cool (especially if you love horses like I do), but the magic show is hilarious and a lot more interactive.

Thanks Inkkognito for the great reviews of both of those shows. I also linked up to the Dining with Shamu while I was there. That one sounds really cool, too! I'm assuming you have to buy a park ticket to Seaworld to dine with Shamu. Any idea where to get tickets a bit cheaper than gate price? Last time I checked, it was like $60-80 to get into Seaworld  DH just can't see paying that, esp. when he doesn't really want to go there (me and our DD's, on the other hand ). Thanks again for the great info!

Check on southwest airlines (or call them) but they have always offered 20% off at the gate at Seaworld, if you have your rapid rewards card. That's a pretty good discount to get in, IMO. If you plan on going to Tampa (90 minutes from Orlando), they have really good priced Seaworld/Busch Gardens combo tickets (AAA, and Seaworld website)

Thanks, Denise...I'll look into these.

I love Medieval Times!
I've been many times over 20 years or so and everyone I bring loves it, too.
You'll have a hoarse voice from screaming for your knight!

Price around for tickets. The best deal I have found is at Undercover Tourist. Totally legit ticket seller, shipping and tax are included in the price.

Just a comment about the food.
It's good for what it is. High calorie, high fat, but tastes great. If you are watching your cholesterol, there is a very nice healthier option. When you get there, tell your server that you want the vegetarian meal. It's fantastic. I was served a stuffed portabello mushroom, a skewer of grilled veggies, hummus and pita chips, roasted potato. No difference in cost.

Just read your review, Inkkognito.
Great, BTW. I see that you also know about the vegetarian meal. :)
Yes, DH enjoyed it quite e bit even though he's usually a meat & potatoes kind of guy. He can't eat chicken so he opted for the veggie dinner and it got an enthusiastic thumbs up from him.
