Medical Reason for refrigerator

I know there are some hotels that will provide you with a fridge if you have a medical reason for needing one. Does anyone know if RPR would honor this request or would they charge for it? Anyone ever asked for this?
BIL uses insulin which requires refrigeration. He generally will pack a small cooler and keep filling it with ice, but a refrigerator would be better.

Yes they do. We have done this at both the RPR and PB resorts. My
son also needs one for medical reasons. We have it noted on our
reservation and also remind them at check-in. You will not be charged
for it.

We don't need one in our room, but I know my sister would really be grateful for one and I am making all our plans, doing the research, etc, etc.
One more item checked off on my list!!!

Yes, the planning can be fun........ until it becomes an obsession and ends up taking over my life!! haha That's what happened when I planned our Disney trip a few years ago.

I understand the obsession! My husband says I am insane! I have separate folders and notebooks for each trip we are taking. I have one now for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas. I am also reading Kelly's 2008 book- I get a new one every year. Have a great time planning!

By the way, I see you are in Indy- do you know a Rep. from your area - Dan Burton?

Yes, my husband thinks I am insane! But he sure does love the vacation going smoothly due to all my intense planning.
We will be in Orlando 12/24 - 1/2 and he thinks I am obsessing too early........ yeah right! When I looked for our Villa rental for the rest of our stay over a month ago I couldn't believe how many replys I got that said they were already booked. We have never travelled at Christmas before (except to relatives homes) and certainly not to FL. Things fill up quick!

Yes, we are right outside of Indy. I have heard the name, but I wouldn't say I "know" Dan Burton. Hubby is the political junkie in our house, definitely not me! Why? Is he a friend of yours?

You will love Orlando during the Christmas holidays! It is my favorite time there! I have never met him in person (Dan Burton) but have had much communication by phone, e-mail,etc....we have an autistic son and he has an autistic grandchild. He is an incredible advocate for our children! You should be proud of him!!
