That could be it. My mouth moves faster than my brain, and I'll think one word and my mouth is one step ahead and finishes the sentence.I jumble my words all the time, like "fat cow" will become "cow fat" or "fow". It's annoying, so I try to slow down when I talk and enunciate.
I have the same problem too, but if I try to slow down, my brain is already onto the next topic and I forget what I was trying to say! I've been doing it for years and asked the doctor about it before, but he didn't seem to think it was a problem and I was never tested for anything.
And yes....I've had migraines for years too. I asked the doctor if the migraines were destroying brain cells!
