Mears shuttle to Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo House)

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has taken the Mears shuttle from the airport to AKL. If so, could you tell me how long it took you to get there. I see where some people are saying 2.5 hours, but others are saying about 40 minutes. Any help would be appreciated since we are leaving next week.

40 minutes is the approximate diving time, that requires the bus leaving MCO right after you board with AKL the first stop.
An hour or 2 would be a good guess. 90 minutes is a realistic number
