Mears Luxury SUV Car Service - Car Seats?

Hi! We are thinking about staying at the Dolphin for our trip this summer since Magical Express no longer includes the baggage delivery to your room/back to the the airport. Now I just need to find transportation that will have carseats for our 2 and 7 year olds. It looks like the Mears Luxury SUV service is cheaper than the others I've looked at (like Happy Limo) so we were thinking about using them. Has anyone used them recently, especially with carseats? Was the cost of the carseat included in the flat rate?

Does anyone have any other recommendations on car services that provide car seats?
