Happy Tuesday everyone!

It's sleeting and yucky here. Hope you guys are having a nicer day than we are! I just wish it would snow instead. All we get here is ice.

Anyway, I figured I would treat you guys to a virtual lunch... build your own sandwiches! Pick what you would use from the list (multiple choice) and let us know what your sandwich would be - even name it if you want!

I'm the freak that doesn't like lunch meats. I only like bologna, and even then it has to be Wunderbar brand from the deli counter.
No mayo, no cheese, just bread and bologna.

Hot sandwich: turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, and onions. Sometimes peppers.

Cold sandwich: turkey and provolone, with potato chips. Yes, the chips have to be on the sandwich... Some people think I'm weird about that but then I've seen others do it too, so maybe I'm not that weird.

Whole wheat bread, ham, mayo, american cheese, lettuce and peanuts.

Turkey, Muenster cheese, Greens of some kind, tomato, a few red onions, and mayo.

Yumm-o. I especially love those big turkey sandwiches on faccocia that you can get at Disney (Sunshine Seasons, etc.)

I also love italian sandwiches.
Salami, sharp cheese, and ceaser salad. If I'm getting an italian sub at say...subway, I'll ask for it without sauce as I'm not a fan of italian dressing.

I vary rarely use mustard. Maybe if I'm in the mood for it on like bologna.

Turkey, on some really think 9-grain bread, with provolone cheese, honey mustard, and a boatload of pickles and black olives. Yeah, it's pretty gross...but I love it.

OR Tomato, basil, mozzarela cheese, and balsamic vinagairette. (Basically a Caprese from Earl of Sandwich!)

I'm really not sure about hot sandwiches.

I can't even tolerate the rest.

If I have a bologna sandwich, I try to make sure it is on potatoe or multigrain bread and toasted.
