Good morning to my CB friends!

Today's question has to deal with cars. Whenever I buy a new car (like it do it so often! :rotfl2: ) I always tend to buy the same make of care.

What about you? What is your favorite car manufacturer?

Polls a comin'!

Lauri, I just stick to my broom! It is a two seater and kick starts on the right! OK, I just had to get this going for ya this morning.... :lmao: :lmao:

Nice to see I am not the only one that uses a broom for means of transportation! ;)

But there was no box for brooms!!!! Methinks that one would have won, hands down!! :maleficen

GM: Pontiac! :thumbsup2

However, I bought a Hyundai last fall and I just might stick with it when the time comes to buy a new one. I got the Tucson (compact SUV) and the gas mileage on it is the same as my Grand Am's was.

Oh.. those are made by GM - ya know - Ground Maintenance? The current models being the CleanSweep2006, The Bristle and their new compact WhiskGT

Well since you all took my clever answer of a broom
which is the first thing I thought of when I saw the poll
I'll go with FORD
since both me DH my mom and my Dad are all driving fords at the moment

If asked last year I would have picked Honda. We have 2 civics in the family and ours is almost 9 years old and doing great. In July we bought the Lexus 400h (a hybrid) and I totally love the thing! We replaced our minivan. Lexus service is unbelievable. So I picked the Toyota Company.

We have a Mercedes 320 and a Toyota Prius. DH was pretty surprised when I told him that the Prius is my favorite of the two.

I prefer Toyotas myself although I currently own a Ford. I'll NEVER own a Ford or GM vehicle again :sad2:

BTW, Mitsubishi is missing from the list as a choice (we have one and it has been a pretty good car!)

I have to vote for Nissan/Infinity.

My wife drove an Infinity for several years. It was a beautiful car. And it drove as well as a car could. She wanted to trade it for a mid-sized SUV, but Infinity stopped making their mid-size. So she went with the Nissan Pathfinder. And she loves it.

I have a Chevy Tahoe. And while it is a very nice truck, I desparately want to trade it in for an Infinity QX56. And, if you do your homework, you will find that the Infinity QX56 is not that much more expensive than a comparably equipped Chevy Tahoe! And the Infinity service is outstanding!!

I'd like to have Chitty Chitty Bang Bang myself. Traffic problems? Just fly right over them!

Seriously, I am not big on cars in general. I am not a big fan of driving, so I like to have my DH drive me around. I did not even get my licence until I was 21. He likes driving so it all works out.

Right now we have a 2005 saab 95 and it is nice. Before that we were driving "the jalopy," a 1993 mercury topaz that we used to pour money into like you would not believe. Anything that could possibly go wrong with that car, did. So, a vote AGAINST Ford Mercury Topazes (do they even make those anymore?).

You have also left out Subaru, so I picked Toyota, although I am a big Honda fan as well.

Kia and Hyundai could be grouped together as well as they are owned by the same company.

I use my umbrella. It lifts me and my bag wherever we want to go - except US/IOA -- I don't get that. Must be a computer error.

We are a Buick family, we have 3 of them. NO, we are not old. I am 37.

Love them!

I picked volkswagon because my whole life I have wanted a Porsche 911 Carrera Convertible, its my dream and I am sticking with it!

Otherwise I would have voted Honda. I lovelovelove my Civic.
