Soy sauce with hawaiian chili peppers, hubby's homeade chili oil, ketchup and tobassco-anything spicy. I don't like foods that are bland.

Its tied between honey mustard and a Mary Rose sauce (a local chef who came from Ireland makes it). I like most sauces in moderation.
