Happy Friday everyone! So, what plans do you have for the weekend? For me, absolutely nothing. My husband, Obi-Wan, is working Saturday and Sunday so I'm in for a quite weekend with the dogs.

So, on to today's poll. And before you say something, no, I didn't misspell board I'm talking about Board Games! Nothing better on a cold boring winter's night than breaking out a classic board game, some popcorn and hot chocolate and having fun with friends or family.

So, my question to you is..

What is your favorite classic board game (by classic, I mean a game that's been around pretty much longer than you have )

Monopoly is fun. Game of Life is cool. Ludo is quite fun. Snakes & Ladders is great. etc.

Monopoly is fantastic, but I've always just adored Life. I think it's so cute planning out your whole life, and having the car with the little peoples in it. Aww.

Me and my cousin ALWAYS play Sorry when we're together. And my mom and I l-o-v-e Scattegories.

Never liked Trouble though, it's just too annoying.

OT but when I was in Michigan my sister, her boyfriend, and I were so bored we went to buy a board game. My sister wasted $20 on a game called Q90...It is so boring! I would not recommend that game to anyone!

I am the scrabble master. I have to say that.

But, in my family, my mom holds the highest score for a single word: Quartz on a triple word score (72 points)

I love Monopoly! DH Obi-Wan and I have a collection of about 12-15 of those specialty Monopoly games, like Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel Comics, etc versions. We plan on building a game room in some spare space that really doesn't have a purpose and we want to frame the boards from these games and use them as artwork. We are going to use plexi instead of glass so if we want to play with a certain board we can just take it off the wall and use it as is.

me and my friends still play trouble when we get bored and oh man it gets intense one year i think we played it almost everyday over the summer, but my favorite is probably life i just play to see how many kids i can get one time i had 3 cars full
