Happy Sunday everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I know I have! It's fun spending time with a friend you haven't seen in so long and talking about "the old times" (although it makes me feel.....old)

I was reading another thread here on the CB and it inspired me for today's question.

This thread where several people discussed how they like to be treated as a customer.

I know with my company, they are big on us being right there to approach you, almost to the point of nagging to get you to buy more.

I feel that it's overload for customers, and when I personally shop, I avoid stores like that as much as possible.

So your question today is - "what level of customer service do you like and feel comfortable with?"

Greet me and initially ask if you can help me.

It shows that you know I exist and are willing to stop what you are doing to assist me if I need it.

I don't know what is worse, being bombarded with offers and sale items I don't care about or being ignored.

I like to shop in peace.

Leave me alone unless I ask you for help.

Leave me alone! Don't even say hi. ;) I was in Bath & Body Works the other day. FOUR employees asked if they could help. No! I like to shop in peace! :teeth:

Leave me alone unless I ask for help.

It's nice to be greeted upon entering, but then I like to look around at my leisure & if I need assistance I will ask.....I so hate pushy salespeople.

I like to be greeted and initially asked if I can be helped, then left alone unless I ask you for help.

I voted "leave me alone." I get very little quiet time to myself...if I want to be pestered, I would just stay home!

The results I'm getting to this poll are really great! If you guys could help me out and keep it on page one so I can get more opinions, I would like to take this to my company and show them what a cross section of America REALLY wants with their shopping experience!
