Happy Sunday everyone!

Whew - the yard sale is over!

I'll post the whole story, good bad and ugly later but it was worth it in the long run because we made $800.. in the rain!

It was so good, we actually decided to hold one again next Saturday since we still have a lot left, we havent even finished going through the basement and haven't touched the attic, and it's supposed to be sunny and pretty next weekend! :bounce:

Anyway, on to today's poll topic

think think think think think...... yes that is smoke you smell :)

How about (and yes, I think I'm pmsing and want sweet stuff- run for the hills)

"What is your favorite type of pudding?"

Rice...closely followed by chocolate. :teeth:

Glad the garage sale went well, Lauri! Sounds like you did well, rain and all. Next weekend again? Wow! You brave soul. ;)

My favorite is pistachio! I love pistachios and it has little bits of them in there :) I like chocolate and vanilla pudding too, but pistachio is my absolute fav :)

Laurie, wishing for some now!

OK speaking as a Yorkshire girl I have to say what a Yorkshire pudding is. It is a savory pudding which you have with a Sunday dinner of beef, roast potatos and vegetables Like this:

Although I voted chocolate I do love Yorkshire pudding. It is just you don't actually have them as a pudding after your dinner!!

On the side of the tapioca box is a 'fluffy' version where the egg white is whipped separately before adding to hot pudding. We usually quadruple the number of eggs in the pudding to make it very fluffy.Yum yum!

I love rice pudding. I never miss getting rice cream at Norway while in EPCOT.

Bread pudding! My grandmother made the best I've ever tasted.

Yorkshire pudding. It is like a huge popover and not what we think of as a pudding. Great with roast beef.

Definitely chocolate, though my mother used the make the best apple bread pudding in the world and my BIL makes the creamiest rice pudding I have ever had. Gosh I'm hungry. Wonder if there is any chocolate pudding mix in the cupboard. :wave2:

Whilst I agree that they are savoury, if there are any left over we heat them up the following day until crisp and pour a little golden syrup on them.

Makes a delicious after lunch pudding! :D
