Very hard to pick just one. But if I have to, I chose Mexican. More specifically Tex-Mex. Not only do I love it at restaurants, but nearly everything in my (very limited) cooking repertoire is Mexican.

Definitely Japanese but I like Korean, Thai and Chinese as well.
Second would be German or PA Dutch
