Candy Cigarettes. Yep, used to pretend I was smokin' em! I still love the taste of them, sort of a wierd chalky thing going on. I don't know why I like that?!?

I know this is weird but I used to get a candy called "Botan" It is a Japanese Rice candy wrapped in edible rice paper. I ca sometimes get it at an Oriental store or at EPCOT.

I also love Gummi Baren (gummy bears) and used to buy them all the time when I lived in Germany 25 cents for 100 pieces. Now I can get them at the German deli, a small bag for almost $3.

I used to get that Japanese rice candy too!! I thought that edible wrapper was so awesome! LOL

Forgot about the wax pan flute thing -- loved that. My favorite was the gum cigerettes that had the powder on it -- when you blew on it it looked like smoke was coming out. Also loved the mini ice cream cone with rainbow colored marshmellow filling. (Tried this again a few years ago and it was awful! )

I voted for Pixie sticks and dippin sticks; I also loved these little garbage cans that were filled with "garbage" like sweet tart candies...

I used to love this candy that was kinda like a carmel kiss with coconut in it. They were soooo goood.

I also loved the gum cigarettes with the powder smoke and remember the chocolate cigarettes. Boy, times sure have changed. I wouldn't think of letting my kids have candy cigarettes now.

I can't remember the name of the candy bar that i used to love as a kid. It kind of looked like a big chocolate braid that was filled with caramel. Yum!!!!!!!!

I always like that because it was a lot of gum, and I love chewing gum.

I vote for the rainbow dots on the paper. What were they anyway? I remember picking them off the sheet of paper and popping in my mouth - sometimes a little bit of paper would stay on the back of the dot and get in my mouth...ick.
I don't know why, but I sure liked those!

Wow! I'm glad we got to vote for as many as we wanted. As I was going down the list I thought...how can I pick just one? I picked quite a few...plus "OTHER." I wasn't a fan of blow pops, but I did like Tootsie pops! And let's not forget Snow Caps. There were also ones we had called Buttons. They were red, chewy, and two of them stuck together. I think we paid 5 cents for two stuck together.

Anyone remember Big League Chew? It was bubblegum shredded up and in a pouch like chewing tobacco?

Another one I thought of yesterday when reading this poll was the Zero bar. Does anyone remember this? They sold it at our pool, I would always beg my mother to buy it for me, and she always told me I wouldn't like it. One day she got tired of my whining and bought it for me, and she was right, I didn't like it.

I didn't like the black ones either. I really don't like the taste of black licorice- ICK! I liked when they came out with the packs that were all the chocolate ones
