Today I took the plunge and joined connections. I order six Breakfast Feature meals, and eight Vacation Kingdom Lunch, and four Quick and Easy Casual Lunch or Dinner Certificates. This totaled $395.50. There three of us, two adults and a child.

We will be there for 10 full days and I have PS for three princess breakfasts (My granddaughter is a princess freak!) We plan to pay for the child's breakfast in cash so that will add aproximately $40 dollars to our total costs bringing us to $435.50.

For that we will get 3 big breakfasts, 6 big late lunches (using 2 vouchers per meal and sharing with granddaughter). For our late lunches we plan 2 visits to Beaches and Cream then 1 visit to Le Cellier, RFC at AK, Brown Derby, and Concourse Steak House. Because Tip and Tax are included in the vouches that should bring the cost of each meal to approximately $48.70. That should take care of the majority of our big meals and we can go light for the rest. We are also planning one visit each to O'hanas and Chef Mickeys out of pocket.

What does everyone think? Does this sound right to you? I am in the final stages of pulling everything together as we are going late Feb. Thanks

Sounds GREAT! Your family will be so proud of how well you've planned this out. I see you don't have the Cinderella's Gala Feast on your list. You might change the resort dinner - Concourse for the Gala Feast at Grand Floridian 1900 park fare. You would have to pay cash for that but you'd have your Concourse voucher left over for a late lunch in the Castle or Alfredo's? Just a thought because you said she loves princesses.

This sounds very good. This is the same thing I do. I find it very convienient to "budget" my meals this way and I have no surprises on the credit card when I get home. Worse case scenario you will opt to share some meals becasue ther is just so ooo much food and come home with a few of the vouchers.

good planning. keep this in mind: at beaches and cream, 1 meal voucher got us: 1 appetizer(chicken ceasar salad-a meal in itself) 1 entree'(sirlion steak sandwich with fries-easily split between 2 people) 1 drink(vanilla milk shake) and 1 dessert(can order the kitchen sink if you dare--that thing could feed 10 people all by itself) we are a family of 3 and could pretty well have an entire meal on 1 voucher and then purchase two more drinks out of pocket. the best deal in all of disney world.

I just got my vouchers in the mail. I do have a question on the Quick and Casual Lunch/Dinner voucher at Beaches and Cream.

Kevin65 - you got an appetiser, entree, drink, and dessert. But on the coupons it states 1 combo meal (entree, side dish and non-al. beverage) and one dessert OR 1 entree, 1 sidedish, 1 dessert and 1 drink. They do not have an appetiser listed as part of the meal. Are these the same vouchers you used? Thanks for clearing up my confusion!!!!

I was just figuring our May itinerary and what meals we will do. We will also do Concourse, Brown Derby, and AK RFC with the lunch vouchers. Be a little careful with how late you do lunch. I called today and the CM at the Concourse Steakhouse said they serve lunch until 2:00. I believe sit down restaurants in the parks serve lunch until 3:00. I did confirm that Le Cellier serves lunch until 3:00, but I'm not positive about Brown Derby. It appears you can use the lunch vouchers anytime at RFC as the lunch/dinner menus are the same. We also do lots of character breakfasts and we love B&C - all with vouchers!!!. I like your plan.

kevind - when was it that you last used the vouchers at B&C? We used to use them there and get the same thing you got. However, on our trip last December we found that they have tightened things up a bit. They were enforcing the fact that the fries/fruit/onion rings that come with the meal count as the side. So last time we were there we were only able to get the burger w/ fries (double buger, add the bacon please ;) - and I always ask for the fruit and they send out the fries anyway :)), a drink (ice cream soda), and a dessert. Still the best deal in WDW.

Sounds great! You will love Beaches and Cream. It really depends on your server as to weather or not they let you get a salad and fries. We just got the fries.

How long does it take to get them in them mail once you've ordered them?

We got ours within 3 days! Haven't gone yet, but am excited about using them. I really should have gotten a couple of Character breakfast ones before I cancelled!!!! :(
Anyone have 1 or 2 they didn't use? I would gladly buy them from you.:p

Thanks to everyone for their responses! I just got my vouchers in the mail on Friday. It was so quick. Just 23 days to go! It doesn't seem real.

What is the expiration date on the one's you just ordered? We are going in July and I can wait until closer to the trip if I need to.

my expiration is May 2003. I think that the turnover date is in March.
