MEAL VOUCHERS

I AM PLANNING TO BE AT WDW 3/27/05 THROUGH 4/1/05. WHEN I PURCHASED PACKAGE I WAS NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE THE DINING PLAN BEA=CAUSE IT WAS NOT BEING OFFERED THROUGH TRAVEL AGENT. I HAVE TRIED ALL MEANS POSSIBLE TO GET THE DINING PLAN. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS ARE MEAL VOUCHERS THE NEXT BEST THING? IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WORK THE SAME WAY. IF SO DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN PURCHASE THEM?

For now there are no meal vouchers being sold except the left over ones found on e-bay (dont buy them there ppl drive the prices up to more than the value of them).
