Meal vouchers?

I have a friend going to Disney in February and they are buying their park hoppers through their Military connections (best price) but they were wondering if they can buy some kind of food vouchers to use in the parks. I know about Wishes but believe they have to buy package deals from Disney. Does anyone know if Disney sells vouchers or wishes separately. I see unused vouchers on Ebay should they trust that?

Also, how do they work? They have teenage boys so I know that they will spend a fortune on meals!! They are staying at the Dolphin, should they try signing on for the concierge level? Is it worth it?

The vouchers are wonderful, I wouldn't go without them.(because I'm very cheap!)
The connection or dealpass.com vouchers are legitimate and a great deal. I have bought them from ebay, before I knew where to get them cheaper, these come from connections and dealpass also. They do work as promised, tax and tip are included with the vouchers. and cost 11.25 or 30.00 for the very nice restaurants. Try it, you'll be hooked!

You can get them through Hotwire savings club. wwwhotwire.com the first month is free. I joined yesterday and bought quite a few vouchers. When i get them i will cancel membership. I've used these vouchers several times in the past.
