Meal Plans

How do the meal plans at Universal compare to those at Disney? We looked at the "menu" described on the Universal page and the options do not look anything as good as those available at Disney (like the buffet at Boma and Germany in Epcot). As we budget our '11 trip, which will include our first trip to Universal, we would be appreciative of those who have experience and can give us advice. We are two adults and a 10 year old picky eater and an 8 year old adventurous eater. Thanks in advance.
