Meal Plan ?

Can anyone tell us if you can purchase the Disney Meal Plans without buying a package? We did flight, hotel and tickets seprately, so we did not buy the package. The meal plans are a really good deal.

Maybe my math is wrong, but when I add up the benefits of the meal plan, the plan often costs more than buying separately (depending on whether you are eating every character meal at Goofy's or not - it being the most expensive). The additional rub for me is the breakfast in the park voucher, which is only good at 1 DL location. Since I wasn't all that impressed with the park breakfast, I don't know if I'd use the voucher. If I'm mistaken, please help me see the light. I'm all for a bargain!
