Meal deal question

A few years back the family and I went to Universal for the weekend. We got the meal deal which I happen to love.
At that time we got 1 free meal on city walk. Was that just a special at the time?

It is offered from time to time but right now the Citywalk meal is not available with the Meal deal purchase.

Thanks for the info, I found you can pay $6.00 right now for a sit down on city walk with the meal deal, I wonder if this is truly worth it with the limitations they place on what to order.
