meal / deal coupon / free again or not ?

So does anyone know for sure that Universall reinstated the coupon
where we don't have to pay anything. Or is still a percentage off
and you have to pay 15.99. ?

Has anyone used it to know for sure ??

I received a call from connie who is manager at citywalk. She was one of the people I called to complain. She said they have decided to reinstate the free meal/movie coupon. You no longer have to pay.

Thank you so much for sharing that info. , we were going over to Universal anyway,, and were just going to skip it if we had to pay. I was only dissapointed
because we at least wanted to do the late movie part of the ticket.

After further review, Universal Orlando management has decided to accept the Entertainment Book coupon as a complimentary meal and movie ticket. There was no fault on behalf of our guests in how they interpreted the offer and we are happy to process the coupon as a complimentary ticket rather than a discount on a ticket.

I received this vai email from Universal because our coupon was denied. You can email them to check if you have further questions. It takes at least a week to get a response from them.

I emailed on Friday and received the same response today. I'm printing the letter just in case there is any confusion when I arrive in July, but from past experiences, I believe that ther will not be.

KUDOS to Universal for honoring this one even if it was not their original intent and the marketing person who biffed this one really was having a bad day when they proofed it!!

When I redeemed two in december, my son was not with me and they gave me the vouchers for both so I would say they would still do it this way.

put in the words

universal orlando resort free movie and meal coupons (it works)

then click the tab that says buy it now (will show only ones that are available for immediate purchase)

there are some that can be bought for only a couple of dollars instantly.

maybe this will help
