ME vs no ME

Bear with me, I'm a newbie.
I'm trying to decide whether to use ME or not. I would like to be able to stop at a grocery store for some supplies before going to our room. It looks like the taxi services from the airport have no problem doing this. If i use ME, what is the best way to get supplies later on? Thanks for your help. This board has answered so many of my questions so far, i can't wait... 25 more days.....

A taxi (service) will charge you extra for the grocery store stop and the waiting time.
A car/limo service usually will include x minutes' stop at a grocery or other store at no additional charge.
You could have groceries delivered, but I think only Goodings.com offers this service at this time and there's a minimum, and a delivery charge. You could also try netgrocer.com if you're not looking for perishables, as they ship the order to your hotel. For that matter, you could ship your own non-perishable food down to Disney.
Or, you could take a taxi from your resort to a supermarket, then another taxi back.
Or, you could just buy whatever perishables you need from the store in your resort.
