ME Vouchers & Luggage Tags

I am going to call Member Services this morning but just wanted to share...

We had booked a trip last year for February to stay at Wilderness Lodge. We had to cancel that trip and rebook for May at Saratoga Springs. We cancelled in December and when I cancelled I gave member services the new flight info for ME. About 3 weeks ago I realized I should have received my tags (starting vacation on 5/7) and called member services. She looked it up and had ME for the Feb trip, corrected that and told me I would receive my tags very soon. So another week with no tags so I called again and they told me they would express mail them that day. In the meantime ten days out I went to do the online checkin and noticed my niece's last name was spelled incorrectly so I called and got that corrected.

Well.....I received my tags yesterday and they have us at Wilderness Lodge and my neice's name is spelled wrong :headache:
I figured there would be a problem with the name but I thought the resort would be right :)

I am thinking I will use ME but pick up my own luggage, don't want to chance another problem with this reservation :rotfl:

We have used ME in the past with no problems.
 
Just spoke with member services and she told me they have corrected it in the ME system but cannot send me new luggage tags. She told me to just cross out Wilderness Lodge and mark them for Saratoga Springs. Has anyone ever done that without a problem??

We have had to do this before. I used a black marker and had no issues. Enjoy your trip, and see you there on the 7th.:banana:
 
when our waitlist came through for BLT we were told to do the same thing...cross out AKV and write BLT on the luggage tags...MS said when they scan the barcode it will show our luggage should go to BLT...we leave on May 14th:goodvibes
 

Unfortunately I have learned the hard way that MS makes mistakes. I always send in our ME info via the web form on the member website. Wait a few days, then call ME directly and verify/correct the ME reservation. Their phone number is: 866 599-0951
