ME worked well for me!
I used ME Sunday 11/27. I landed at noon and was checking into SSR at 1. No lines, and no waiting at the ME counter and they were pretty easy to find. W ewere the 2nd stop, they stopped at OKW 1st, then SSR and then the bus was going on to POFQ and POR. We went to lunch, strolled around, went to MGM around 5 or so and the luggage was there when I got back. Not sure what time it showed up because we didn't get back to the room until after 11, but it was there!
The left the ME p-u time on my door Friday, but with the wrong time. They had me scheduled for a p-u 7 hours before my flight. I called ME and they rescheduled me for p-u 3 hours before-4pm. I got back to SSR around 3:40 and the bus showed up at 3:55, waited for a few more folks to board and left around 4:10 and were at the airport in a flash, we were the last stop that time.

Glad your experience was better than ours. We landed on Saturday at 2:20 and didn't get to Boardwalk until two hours later. The line to check-in at the ME counter was long - but it did move fairly quickly. Then we got into the bus queue and waited there for a good 20 minutes. Once on the bus, for some reason we just sat there for another 15 minutes before finally leaving. After that it was the usual stop at CBR before ariving at BWV. As I said - two hours. Perhaps if we hadn't arrived at such a busy time...
