ME questions

It's been YEARS since I've used ME, so I don't remember any of the details from last time. I added ME to our package reservation the other day. The CM took our flight numbers and they are showing up in our confirmation, but both flight times are listed as 12:00 am (which is wrong). Is this normal or should we be calling back? (we wondered if this was just a generic time posted by the reservation system since flights can always change).

Do we have to do anything else at this point wrt ME or will our package just arrive a few weeks before we travel?

You should still get your Magical Express package normally.

Flight numbers recorded for your arriving flight are for:
1. Internal estimating of how many buses are needed to handle guest load.
2. For flights arriving after 10 PM, letting ME know not to close down for the night until the flight has arrived.

So even though the correct flight time is not showing up on our reservation, ME will get this through the airline? (ie. because we are not arriving after 10:00 pm even though the flight time shows up as 12:00 am on our Disney confirmation).

Yes, the time doesn't matter nearly as much as the date. Disney/DME now knows to expect you on a specific date; this allows them to be ready with the necessary number of buses/drivers on that date.

The reason the times are different is because your flight number may have changed since you made the ME reservation.

The airlines change flight times about every 3 months and occassionally they change the flight number with it. I would double check with the airline on the correct flight number and you can always call ME to update them with the correct numbers if it would make you feel more secure.

Either way, you won't have any problem getting on ME.

Nope, the flight numbers/info are the same. If it's not a problem, I won't worry about it. I just found it was odd that they asked for the flight numbers and then the times were completely wrong.
