Our flight home leaves at 6:58AM
Does that mean magic express will pick us up at 4:00AM or earlier? Do they run all night? Thanks!

I don't think they run all night. Some times Disney has a Mears shuttle pick up guests that arrive really late at night or early in the morning.

Regardless of the type of vehicle, DME is a 24/7 operation. If your flight leaves at 6:58 a.m., you'll probably have a pick-up time of about 4:15 a.m.
