Me plus 3 children on TSMM

I know there isn't a height restriction on TSMM. Would they allow me as the only adult with 3 children?? I would sit next to my 2 year old. Would they let my 6 and 8 year old sit on the backside of my car?? Or does each child need an adult next to them??

yes, they allow 3, its a very tight fit for 3, but not with a 2 or 3 year old as one of the 3 - 3 adults I can't imagine fitting -

keep in mind that the vehicle behind you splits off and you can't really talk or see them - it was very disconcerting the first time we rode and split up! But its a fun safe ride and shouldn't be a problem for your 6 and 8 year old!

I think Disney made a rule in the past year that no one under 7 can ride by themselves. So the 8 year old could ride alone, but the 6 year old and 2 year old would have to ride with you.

It's come up before that the 7 year old to ride alone doesn't always apply if the adult is in the same car or riding in the same train.

TSMM may be a special case since even in the same car you can't see the people behind you.

At TSM last year they wouldn't let the 6 and 8 year olds in our party ride together, even though I and the other mom in our party were on the other side, which I thought was a little ridiculous. They held up the whole ride while we switched our seating around.

OP, the 8 year old can ride alone on one side, but you'll have to ride with the 2 and 6 year old. Unless the 6 year old suddenly becomes seven if he or she gets asked about it by a CM.
