:smickey:IF we take ME - could we use the ME bus to the Disney resort when we arrive at MCO from JetBlue
Then take a car service back to MCO - since they would pick up 2 hours before our flight - not 3 hours before our flight like ME?:car:

Also if we take ME to our resort from MCO, can we place on luggage on the ME bus - should we tell them in advance how many pieces of luggage (one per person) - and then when we get to our Disney resort, we tip the ME bus driver and get our own luggage ?
:thanks:

Yes, you can take DME one way and a different way back.Just let them know when booking.

You can also take your luggage onto MDE. They just stow it underneath the coach. The driver usually pulls the luggage out.

so cool - we never took ME - thought it would be a fun way to get to the resort

For me the most fun of DME is getting your luggage delivered to your room. (assuming you're taking a flight that gets in before 10pm and you can utilize that service, of course) I would think about letting that happen instead of bringing it all to the bus.

And when you return, even if you're taking a towncar, if your flight is at the right time (not too early in the morning) you can use RAC for them to take your bags to the airport and get them onto the plane.

Keep in mind if the car service picks you up 2 hours before your flight, you'll get to MCO with less than 90 minutes. Security can take 30-45 minutes (or longer according to reports), add 15 minutes to walk from the car to security, then to the gate. Not a lot of time IMO. Of course, that's up to you.

When I take a car service back to MCO, I usually ask to be picked up 2.5 hrs prior to flight time...that way I'm not overly concerned about getting through security and such. I prefer to sit and relax at the gate for about an hour, so leaving 2.5 hrs beforehand is no big deal for me. So, with that in mind, I take DME now...that addtl 30 mins allows me to grab a bite to eat once past security.
When it's time to leave WDW, I just want to be on my way. This is why I either book a flight that departs around 11 (so get picked up around 8ish), or one that departs after 6pm. I just don't want to be worrying about squishing that addtl hour or two in the parks!

No one has mentioned this yet, but if you're not going to take advantage of the luggage delivery service, then don't use the yellow tags they send you.
