ME for a FW camper?

Doing some long-range planning/dreaming and considering a trip where the kids and I tow the trailer down to FW and have my wife fly down to meet us (due to work commitments). Does anyone know if ME will transport my wife to and from MCO to FW if she is registered as staying in an RV site?

Yes, she can use magical express on your reservation. The key is that the person arriving on the airport must be on the same package as the rest of the reservation. Since I do not do dinning plan, I purposly do not get my tickets on the reservation. As a room only reservation, if a friend or family memeber wants to join me, I can then use DME to get them to and from the airport rather then having to drive.

We do this all the time with our oldest dd. she can only usually get a one week break from post secondary, so she travels one way with us and flys the other. She's taken ME both to and from on different trips. It is awesome....

As long as his name is on the reservation he will have no problem getting on the ME! (OUR FAMILY DOES THIS ALL THE TIME.) Although they would prefer we pick them up, it takes less time_ which we try to do..

I understand, but I will have just finished 1,250 miles with three kids and a 35' trailer. She can take the bus!

The key is the person must have the same package. So if you have tickets and meal plan, the person arriving must be part of that package. If they where just to fly down and buy their own tickets, ME wont work if the rest of your reservation included tickets and meal plan. In your case this wouldn't be the issue, but we learned that the hard way a few years back.
