DW and I were at WDW Nov. 29 to Dec. 6. This was our first trip using ME and found it to be be great. Our timing was just right. We landed on time and walked to the ME counter and was told where to go to get on the bus. We walked on the bus without a wait and it left for the WL within 10 minutes after boarding. There were maybe a dozen people on the bus and we stopped first at the Poly and then the WL. We were at the WL about 1 hour after landing. Friendly driver, clean bus and comfortable seats and no baggage claim. The bags were in our room when we got back from EPCOT. We were scheduled to be picked-up at 8:35 am for our 11:40 am flight. The bus pulled-up at the WL at exactly 8:35 and after a stop at the Poly we were at MCO in about 45 minutes. Again we had a friendly driver and maybe 15 people on the bus. Since we flew NWA we had to take the baggage on the bus which was no problem. We were upgraded to 1st. class and had a nice flight home. Maybe we won't be as lucky with ME next time, but this time it couldn't have been better.

We usually take a Town Car service.

Last Monday too. It was flawless, a small 10 min wait in line at the counter, and than I was on the bus and POP was the first stop! :cool1: GREAT service, using them again in Feb. ;)

We used ME on 12/3 and there was nothing Express about it. The line for the vouchers took about 30 minutes and then the line to get on the bus took somewhere over an hour. In total it took a little over 3 hours from landing to get to the resort. Our luggage showed up 6 1/2 hours after landing. I think the problem was taking the first flight on a Saturday Morning and everyone arriving at the same time.

The trip back was great though. The bus was there right on time an everything went smooth.

I also used it on 12/3 at 3pm. It was a mess! The lines for the vouchers at MCO were long and the lines to get on the bus were huge. We spent over 2 hours getting to the resort. The trip back to MCO was almost as bad on 12/10. It took over an hour before we left the WDW property. Then we were dropped off after the people who didn't have to check luggage. We all had luggage to check in which was 2 levels up from where the bus dropped us off. Luckily I found a skycap to help us. It was almost 2 hours from the BC to the check in counter! A family that came in from another resort and left the same time as us on another bus almost missed our plane. They went to 4 resorts to pick up people and the driver was slow loading luggage. I will not use ME again as it seemed very unorganized. They knew the numbers of people coming and going and should have been more prepared.

We arrived 12/3 around 10:15 AM, Song from BDL. From Gate to resort (BCV) it took 90 minutes. 5 minutes gate to ME Check-in. 20 minutes in line for voucher. 5 minute wait to get on bus and another 20 minutes waiting for everyone to board. 40 minutes to BCV, after a stop at CBR and BW. Most of the passengers were going to the BC. Arrived at 11:45 AM, quick check-in, room ready and luggage was in our room when we returned around 2:30 PM! All in all a good experience based on the crowds. I believe there was a cruise going out that day that added to the volume of people checking in at the airport. :cool1:

What a difference in experiences. As stated earlier, we were express all the way. We will be using ME two more times this winter and I'll see if our luck holds up. When we checked in at the counter several CM's were available to help us and the buses were almost empty. On Nov. 29 we arrived at MCO at about 11:00 am from Indy.

I was there around 3:40pm, maybe that is why my time was so short. :confused3 Seems the Morning times have problems, will be using them around 9:00am on Feb. 3rd, hope its slow. ;) It took a total of 45 min with travel and waiting. ;)

We arrived at around 2:00 on Dec 3, there were long lines but we were at the PoP shortly after 3:00. Returning Dec 10 our driver was very disorgainzed, she stopped at the wrong parking spot, she was giving instructions about when to get off the bus while she was driving with no mic. We were in back and no idea she had said anything. We just got off as she was taking our luggage off and she said we were suppose to wait until it was all off.....at this point we were ticked and we just picked up our luggage( which happened to come out first) and went inside the airport. I would use it again only if it remained free.

We used DME recently and we loved it. We were in our room and checked in within one hour of landing. And that was only because we slowly wandered over to to the counter and made two bathroom stops. (sweetpea didnt have to go when we were at the first bathroom). Everything went smoothly. It probably had a lot to do with the time of day we were there....our plane landed at MCO just after 6am on sunday morning. The place was empty. The only thing we were bummed with was that we couldn't use the flight check in at the hotel since our flight home was so early in the morning. Other than that we were happy with it. No hassles, clean and comfortable busses, and the drivers were very friendly.

Going to Disney it was great. Going back we were disappointed we had to leave 3 hours before our flight. However, on the way to the airport the bus got stuck in terrible traffic. It turned out someone had a really bad accident. Our driver jumped out and found a police officer to stop the traffic so we could turn around and take an alternate route. He backed the bus up in 5:00 traffic and off we went. We all cheered!
