Maybe the towncar companies wouldn't be feeling the pinch if they weren't ticking off their customers in the first place.

We had originally booked a towncar with Happy Limo and even gave them our cc # to make the reservation. They said we wouldn't be charged until 1-7 days before our trip, then they send us a very not-professional looking e-mail requesting a copy of my signature 3 months before our travel date. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth for Happy Limo.
